1. Services Provided

DwellMint Studio, a division of EditGenie Private Limited (CIN: U43303KA2026PTC217808), offers premium interior design services including bespoke luxury kitchens, wardrobes, imported surfaces, and full turnkey execution. We also specialize in inclusive public infrastructure and AI-driven design consultations.

2. Design Process & AI Visualization

Our "AI Vision" workflow uses advanced technology for aesthetic conceptualization. These AI-generated designs are conceptual and subject to technical verification by our architectural team for structural integrity and material feasibility. Final execution may vary slightly due to material availability and manufacturing tolerances.

3. Fees and Payments

Consultation fees for 3D visualizations are non-refundable. Turnkey projects follow a milestone-based payment schedule (Design Sign-off, Procurement, and Installation) as detailed in individual service agreements. All fees are subject to statutory GST requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site dimensions, timely feedback, and necessary site access. Obtaining building management approvals or local permits required for interior modifications is the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the project scope.

5. Intellectual Property

DwellMint Studio retains rights to all designs, drawings, and visualizations. Clients receive a limited license for single-project use. We reserve the right to document completed projects for marketing purposes on social media channels, while maintaining client privacy for sensitive personal data.

6. Warranties and Liability

Modular components carry manufacturer-specific warranties. We provide a standard workmanship warranty for our installations. DwellMint Studio is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party material shortages or external factors beyond our control.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
